Thanks to the GOP, the U.S. House hasn't voted for a tax hike since 1993. And, over that same period of time, they've voted for $2.28 billion worth of tax cuts. However, this "Taxpayers' Golden Era" ends this week as House Democrats plan to pass a tax hike as part of the "100 Hours" agenda.
