Just Say No!

My cousin just sent me an email with an update on his baby daughter:

"[She] is growing like a weed. She's trying to talk -- her vocabulary right now is Mom, Dad, and NO. If the appropriators in DC said no 1/10th of 1% of the time she did, we'd be in good shape."
