Iowa Governor Vetos Eminent Domain Bill

Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack vetoed a bill on Friday that would have restricted eminent domain powers by the government. He said the bill "went to far". That's liberal-speak for "it too closely resembled the 5th Amendment of the Bill of Rights".
