Questions that Need to be Answered
Here are some of the questions that Flake is trying to get the big-spending lawmakers who oppose his amendments to answer. So far, I haven't heard a good reply.
Did the President include this project in his budget?
Is this project specifically authorized?
Was there a hearing on this earmarked project?
Will this project be done under a no-bid contract, or will there be a competitive bidding process?
