bq. The Census Bureau has just released data on the fastest growing counties in the United States. It should come as no surprise that 7 of the fastest 10 are from states that have no income tax. New York did not have a single county in the top 100. As the Empire State continues to bleed human capital, residents are moving to Florida and Texas. These two states had 36 of the fastest growing counties.
